Disconnect Threads Companion

You can revoke Threads Companion’s access from your Meta or Threads connected-app settings.

Request deletion through Meta

If you submit a data deletion request through Meta, Threads Companion will process the request and remove stored Threads connection information and Threads-derived local records associated with that connection where applicable.

Request deletion directly

You may also request deletion by emailing hello@ashleystough.com with the subject line “Threads Companion Data Deletion Request.”

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Threads Companion account and include your Threads username so the request can be verified and processed.

What is deleted

Deletion of Threads-connected data may include the stored Threads connection token and Threads-derived replies, conversation records, people or relationship records, and related lead records associated with the connected account. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to document that a deletion request was completed.
