Threads Companion Terms of Service

Using the service

Threads Companion is a tool for organizing Threads conversations, generating AI-assisted draft replies, and helping users maintain relationship context. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for using the service in compliance with applicable law and platform rules.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. You may only connect Threads accounts that you are authorized to use.

AI-assisted drafts

Drafts generated by Threads Companion may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular conversation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing it.

Threads integration

Threads Companion relies on the Threads API and may be affected by Meta or Threads outages, API changes, permission changes, rate limits, or policy changes. We do not control those third-party services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Threads Companion to violate another person’s rights, impersonate another person without authorization, distribute unlawful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates Meta or Threads policies.

Beta features

Some features may be offered in beta or early access. Beta features may change, contain bugs, or be discontinued. Feedback may be used to improve the product.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or comply with requirements affecting the service.

Threads Companion is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
